Stayed here 4 nights on a business trip. Room was small, but clean and with a comfortable bed. I had a room with street-view and this is a very busy street with a lot of noise. So, be sure to take a room at the backside of the hotel. Breakfast was a large buffet and nothing to complain. Only ate... More

We found a good quality in the breakfast and dinner buffet, hotel cleanliness, and all hotel services. The property makes a good first impression and continues to be more than satsifactory in all areas. I would rate it slightly better than a 3 star US hotel and a very good value. More

We were told by our tour company not to expect much from the hotels in Jordan, were told that their 4 star is equivalent to western 2.5 star - well our first 2 nights were here at the Geneva - we were pleasantly surprised on the interior of the lobby and the rooms. The hotel was going through a bit... More

The hotel has a bright airy lobby but few seats where guests can linger while waiting to check-in. Each floor has a spacious sitting area where you can meet guests or associates without taking them to your room. The floor area of the rooms is a little cramped. Not too much space for large pieces of luggage. The beds are... More

The hotel is very noisy and the room we were given was at the front of the hotel next to a very busy road. There was a pedestrian overpass right outside our window so we could not open the blinds as people using the overpass could see directly into the room. The breakfast could be quite easily missed. There was... More

The hotel had very clean, spacious suites that r well equipped and sound proof. The toilets are clean and spacious but could be more modern and it needs more shelves around the sink as you can't put creams or perfumes there. The service was standard. The location z good also. Very safe hotel More

Overall a noisy place with little notion of service. The ventilation in the room makes a ruckus, otherwise the noise of room service in the hall will wake you up at 5 a.m. Breakfast is edible, but avoid the orange juice and have coffee if you really must. Wifi connection is good but not for free (10 JOD / 24... More

More

I could tolerate here because it is part of a tour package and the breakfast and dinner is pretty decent. It is basic clean ensuite shelter with decent long bath. There is nothing much around the area and the service personnel are not very friendly. RECEPTION Simple. Frills-free. Brisk service Business center: At lobby level. Everything is payable including use... More
