I've stayed here before and every time I am disappointed. It's more lie a 3 star hotel. Service requests are ignored, front dek is unhelpful and it cannot compare to the Hyatts in Dubai or Doha. Actually, the only reason I stay there is to keep my status in the Gold Passport program. More

Nice stay, recommend the Sheraton which is a lot newer, although the Staff is very friendly. Non-smoking room smelled as if it had recently been smoked in, no free Wi-Fi in the lobby, no Wi-Fi in the rooms so if your like me with an IPad it's off to the lobby to pay for some Internet time. More
