Stayed here as part of a tour accommodation. staff are helpful. We hd their breakfast and dinner buffet. Food is a hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes just okay, but would definitely make you through the day till you can have your lunch somewhere. A bit far from the center, would need a taxi to go there. Some things in room like phone would benefit an upgrade.

Very tired. Almost everything in the bathroom was broken. Pillows were hideous, uncomfortable, lumpy. Breakfast was very limited and not tasty, the pastries were like bricks and the toaster didn't work. Loud music until late due to a wedding function. Location is a decent taxi ride to town. Room was clean. Wifi was good. Would definitely not stay again.

Relatively new structure in the modern area of Amman. Very large room. Very clean room and bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi available in the room and in the common areas. Safe and fridge (with freezer compartment) available. Kind and attentive staff. Very abundant English/continental buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Swimming pool not used. Very good quality/price ratio.

Don't go there on the weekend. The space is rented for parties until the middle of the night. It is impossible to sleep. You have to wait until the end of the party. If you want a room to sleep, it is not the good one. And the reception doesn't care at all. They make money with parties.

Overall, the establishment is great, but what makes me write a comment is because of the kindness of Loay, the restaurant Manager. He knows how to welcome you and make your stay comfortable, especially at breakfast time. Thanks Loay ;) !!!!

Nice hotel in the business district. The rooms were what you would expect with shower gels and shampoos provided in the bathroom, air condition units, comfy beds and nice linens. The entrance foye looks very glamorous. The stairwells could do with a lick of paint though, but it's a minor point. The restaurant food was lovely- plenty of variety including for vegetarians and some traditional food here and there. All the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Only the coffee machine breaking down one morning and the lack of fruit at breakfast let it down! The staff were very friendly though and did their best for you. It's a bit of a drive to the citadel and amphitheatre in the old town if you're sightseeing, but it was a nice quiet place to stay. I'd recommend it. It's classed as 4 star and I'd say it's between 3 and 4 star by UK standards. A good hotel and definitely worth staying in. We had a good trip.

I stayed here for three nights as part of an organised tour. Because of this tour we got bussed around, but if I were alone I would probably have picked somewhere more central. It's definitely a taxi ride from Amman's attractions, but in a very convenient location for the airport. The appearance of the hotel itself was fine, parts of it looked a little like an apartment block. My room was clean and a decent size, with both European and British plug sockets. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was designed in such a way that it got much of the bathroom floor wet while being used. The wifi was good, but unfortunately they had it configured such that it blocked VPNs. I had breakfast at this hotel and dinner one evening. I felt the breakfast was quite poor, little selection and the quality wasn't fantastic. There was only instant coffee. The one dinner I had was acceptable in standard, though a little overpriced for what it was.
