We stayed in the Queen Ayola for one night on our way through Jordan & can honestly say that the service level we received was by far the best ever! Nothing is a problem that can't be solved. For example when we asked about the dolmen field in the area (Wadi Jadid) we were taken there by private vehicle! Their... More

Important Note: Owner's have changed since the last Lonely planet guide review. They reformed the hotel and make great improvment. it was our first stop on arrival in March 2012. We planned to stay only 2 nights in the hotel and finally stayed 4 nights as we felt like at home and met really great people! The hotel is ideally... More

We parked our rental every day directly in front for free. Located near all popular restaurants and St. George's Church with the famous mosaic of the holy land. The room had two single beds pushed together for a married couple. My wife used her own sheet instead of their blanket and quilt. Room was clean with an early 1900's look... More

We stayed here in december 2011. By chance we found it after searching for Madabas cheapest and I believe it is one of them. We intended to stay for one night which tuned into 4 nights finding it difficult to leave largely due to the staff who were amongst the most friendliest and most helpful people we met in our... More

For a budget hotel you cannot ask too much. The bathrooms are clean, the water is warm, towels and soap provided. There was a heater in the room. The beds are big and comfortable.True, there is a blanket instead of an oversheet on the bed. (but go to a real local hotel and you get only blankets). The streetside is... More

Having stayed both here and in the Mariam Hotel in Madaba, I can honestly say unbiasedly that you should spend an extra 10 dinar and stay in the Mariam. Don't even think twice - you will eat the 10 dinar in breakfast if nothing else! On a recent trip to Jordan we stayed in a wide range of accommodation from... More

We are in the minority I know. We stayed at this hotel a week ago. Yes they were really friendly people gave us tea on arrival. However we slept fully clothed the bed sheets were not clean and the quilts. We had stayed in all kinds of hotels in Jordon and have wrote good reviews. I do not like to... More

We had a little trouble finding our way through the one way streets of madaba, so it might be worth finding a map, but once found parking is right outside. The location is excellent for exploring the old town. The room was clean, comfortable and warm and even had a TV. We had a shared bathroom, but only with one... More
