I stayed here in Tower five for 5 days in April 2012. The hotel is intended for visitors to the Holy Mosque. They provide a shuttle to the Mosque but it drops you at a dusty construction area to walk to Haraam. The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had problems with leaking water but... More

Well reaching the hotel was somehow hard because you have to take a curve inside the Tunnel on the right side , otherwise you will end reaching the other meridien and you have to make a real long turn to get back. We tried to get a haram view room but i guess it was full ,location is somehow far... More

This was my first stay in this huge hotel complex but sadly my experience was far from Le Meridien Makkah. Le Merdian has two properties Le Meridien Makkah and Le Meridian Towers Makkah. My review is for Le Meridien Towers. New hotel, nice clean rooms, overall clean environment and excellent value for group travel. The hotel is not run on... More

I spent one night with my family and kid. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Makkah unless on budget or any other reason. Room service is bad. Reception is very cold and you dont feel welcomed. I ordered so many times from room service and no one showed up. I ordered an internet access and he said... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years during the 26-29th of Ramdaan. Firstly, the hotel itself is world class. The 2 bedroom suites are on par with the Raffles Makkah Palace in terms of furnishing and is perfect for groups of 4 travelling to Makkah. The sahur and fatur options are fantastic, with a large... I was there from 2nd to 4th of September with my friend. We paid big money for a one bedroom, kitchen sitting area and 2 baths, since rooms were limited due to Umrah time in the last 10 days of Ramadan. The room was with one bed in the master bedroom, so we asked for one extra before leaving to... More
