I stayed at Raffles Makkah Palace for 3 nights as one of a party of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. We booked 3 city view suites. The check-in process was handled very efficiently and we were introduced to the front office manager on check-in who upgraded all our rooms to Haram View rooms.
