Nice hotel. Very good rooms. Below is a good shopping centre. Food court. On the lobby floor there is a hair saloon for umra and hajj people making easy and higinical to remove hair. 50mts from haram entrance.

The hotel mosque (Ladies Prayer Room ) in Dar Al Gufran facing the Masjidil Haram is an brainy development though it may look slightly medium size. However, I encountered very unpleasant situation one day during syalat Asar prayer. 1. There was a woman who came with her toddler, and the toddler kept crying before the syalat Asar started just near... More

The hotel bathroom should be provided with a seat for bathing, washing legs for those who need sitting while bathing. The hotel room should be provided with standing hangers for those who want to hang up their headscarves, abbaya and more clothings. The hanger on the back of the bathroom door was too high to hang any towels. There are... More

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in May 2013. It was a pleasant experience. Good, comfy beds and strong showers. They even have free wifi throughout the hotel but with varied accessibility depending on where you are. Strongest at the lobby I think. The breakfast spread was alright. Not so much choice and it was not the best... More

This hotel is about 18 months old. 5 star and then some. With the shear volume of guests at this hotel, I am surprised it has held up to the ratings. Certainly the best breakfast offering I have ever seen- grandest and extremely appetizing. All of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms all have twin basins. A huge... More

Very very convenient in terms of distance to Haram and Service. The food spread are superior. Lifts are efficient. They have their own mosque. 1 thing Probably they can improve is security measure.. May be a security card to go the rooms.

I like the location, near to King Abdul Aziz Gate and the entrance of women area. The room of double occupancy is small. The hotel is located in Al Safwah tower.so plenty of food being sold at this tower. If you are Malaysians, you can find D'Saji Felda in this tower.
