Location a plus - close to haram and in mall building. Clean rooms, reg. cleaning and good staff. Was upgraded to haram view free. No wifi, food ok for breakfast but there is better. All in all, worth it if to get a good price, 3 star like most Saudi 5 star. More

After telling the incompetent Saudi Staff that we had paid extra for Haram view, he said he would give 2 rooms with the view. Got into the room and what a bunch of liars... No Haram view! The hotel staff was very cooperative and service was very good. It is very close to Haram Mosque. However, the condition of the hotel fixture and furniture does not correspond to a five star hotel and its needs to be renovated. More
