While new luxury hotels are opening all the time in Riyadh, the Sheraton remains an excellent choice. The amenities have been maintained, the food is excellent, the business services (and all services) are first rate, and it is by far the best value for the money. More

The hotel has a great location, room furnitures is is good conditions, but part of the hotel needs renovation (lobby, restaurants, entrance). The Italian restaurant has great food, however there are very limited food from 3rd to 6th floor executive lounges. You have to ask several times (Waiters, Chefs, General Manager), to get fibre breads at the lounge, because they... More

Like many Sheraton properties, once in the room (or restaurant or gym) it is hard to feel that you are in a different city or country, and the Riyadh property is no different. However, the service at the hotel is very good, with friendly, helpful staff throughout the property. The men's gym area is very good and has great hours,... More

Excellent reception staff, bellboys, wonderful guest service on all counts. Efficient car hire service. Free food/drinks on club lounge floor through evening hours a HUGE plus. Would definitely stay here again. Some minor drawbacks: Car hire slightly expensive. Difficult to get them to answer the phone on multiple attempts. No free unlimited internet - hotels charging for wi-fi in this... More

The Hotel had a good location, rooms furnitures are old and need total renovation, you cannot stay in the main and only lobby because of the heavy smoke from the Cigars.very limited food variety in the 3rd and 6th floor executive lounges, but in the other hand they are very lucky for their excellent staff, from the outside security, the front... I stayed at the Sheraton Riyadh & Towers for a couple of nights as I had previously stayed there on my first trip to Riyadh. That time I found the hotel rather gloomy and unfriendly. However, I am pleased to say on my second visit that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a good size,... More

Used the hotel when I visited a friend in Riyadh... reservation was quick over the phone, however, the hotel has seen its glory days. Good thing they have staffs who compensate for the gloomy feeling inside. Was surprised that the Bellboy wouldn't allow me to take pictures outside the hotel entrance! The National Guards outside makes us feel uncomfortable. One... More

Staying over at the sheraton for few days. Good location close to 2 big malls and a small local bazar (walking distance). Good breakfast at the main restaurant, small buffet at floor 6 (ideal for a quick bite). Wifi in the room and lobby. Lobby free room you have to pay. Nice small cigar shop at the lobby. Ideal for...
