Went there for a couple of years ago and this is very luxury, even had my own portier on my floor plan. I was there during ramadan so I had to eat my breakfast in a special small room which was ok. The food was ok, they did offer western food in the restaurant. No alcohol though. More

Traveling as single woman this was one of my options where to stay, and I was not disappointed. It was close to businesses, shopping, pretty much in the middle of the city. Service was friendly and courteous, and room service breakfast was delicious. Drivers were knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely choose this hotel again. More

I traveled to Riyadh in April this year on business and stayed at the Al Faisaliah Hotel. Their service staff were kind, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Butlers Saiful and Rushan, Youness at check-in, and Bellman Mullhtag did a great job of making my stay enjoyable. The sleeping rooms, meeting space, new women's fitness center were comfortable and inviting. The... More

5 star hotel with good service, food and facilities, forms part of a wider complex including an office block and a modern shopping complex. Given the weather this is a blessing. A word of warning, if you see 2/3 young men walking around in grey kakki outfits be aware. These men appear to be self appointed religious police who will... More

The hotel location is great approximately 30 min (in rush hours approximately 1 hr) from airport and the hotel is located in the city center with a great mall connected to it. The interior is good, make sure in which building is your room (north or south) both buildings are in front of each other (2 min walking distance) but... More

This is the best hotel I have ever been. I stayed 3 months in Saudi Arabia, and being in this hotel was a relief. Everything from service to food to amenities is just as it should be. The downside if there is one is the pool. Small and soooo noisy... Except of that, this hotel worth every penny you will... More

As a business hotel it is excellent but be prepared they know how to get every last penny out of you. Rooms are well appointed with fresh fruit and water replaced daily. There is no access to an iron or board so you'll be paying about 25SR per shirt ironed and 36SR per laundered shirt. The hotel restaurants are good... More

I tried to love the Faisaliah in my short time there, I really did, but all in all, it was just your average, middle-of-the-run 5 star hotel, in a very good location. The building itself shows one of the issues with very modern interior design- if it isn't updated constantly, what was modern suddenly becomes obsolete. The hotel was opened... More

I spent a week at this hotel in Riyadh as part of an official delegation and as guests of the Saudi government. While it was far more deluxe than what I would have chosen for myself, it was without doubt one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed. A butler arrived shortly after I got to the room... More

I had to stay at Faisaliah after many years, I have to say that the hotel is still maintaining its value proposition, butler, upscale and the works, but something changed this stay, one the room is in need for renovation, the bed quality is extremly bad, an old mattress that doesn't give ya the comfort of sleep, room service menu...
