My husband and I have stayed at the Homa in Tehran on more than one occasion. The staff there are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They remember you, always have a smile, and are always at the ready to help with any request. The rooms are comfortable, with small refrigerators, and complimentary coffee and tea with a hot water carafe.... More

At first sight, the Homa hotel is quite nice. There is a large lobby where guests can have some tea or coffee (good espresso!), staff is very attentive and the garden outside must be pretty in summer (its large swimming pool probably attracts lots of people in summer). And the couple of meeting rooms can accommodate business or private parties.... More

There is a shortage of quality accommodation in Tehran and the Homa is probably as good as it gets. The staff are lovely, as indeed was almost everybody with whom I had contact during two weeks in Tehran, and go out of their way to ensure that guests are looked after and made to feel special. The lobby is a... More

As part of a celebration event organised by a customer my boss and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in September. I was told that the options in Tehran were limited, and that is why my review is not as bad as it would have been in other cities. On international business standards, I must admit that the... More

This hotel is OK to do business. The rooms are just OK. Breakfast is really lacking choices and quality of food. Internet is really slow and quite an issue if you need to work. The prices are tottally overprice versus the quality of the hotel. More

I read all the reviews before arriving and was pleasantly suprised. It is a good sound hotel with very friendly staff. It has room service, 24 hour dining and a news agents selling English language books and magazines. Some people need to remember that they ar eno longer in their home countries and if they are not willing to adapt... More

Stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time in a business trip. I have not stayed elsewhere in Iran so far so I cannot judge if this is a standard 5 hotel stars in Iran or not, but realistically this hotel would not deserve more than 3 stars in any other country with a certain hotel culture. Homa hotel needs... More

I believe this was the old Sheraton hotel pre the revolution. the hotel is very Sheraton in its style but really needs a little refurbishment and modernization, its also a bit pricey but also very acceptable for 72 hr business trip. More

It is really hard to like any hotels in the world when we think there are plenty of beautiful hotels in Istanbul where i live. Location is great if you are in biz trip. life at outside is always alive and people are friendly. Hotel was almost empty i think the reason was Ramadan period. I have seen lots of... More

My best hotel experience in Iran, definitely designed to offer as close as possible to what the Western business traveler is used to. Middle-Eastern hospitality is unrivaled. The hotel is older decor, but still comfortably modern in it's services. More
