The best thing about this hotel is the location. Quite close to Hamra if you want a lively neighborhood and chiseled in a charming bay. “Friendly, but not enough”

I'm not going to be unfair. The hotel does have a 5 Star standard. I'm just saying that in other hotels of the same standard the staff doesn't think twice about doing their best to attend to all your needs.
