We stayed there 3 nights as tourists.it was located in a famous and lively street of Beirut( Hamra),but its rooms are very noisy even when you close windows.partly it is because of a bad habit of lebanise drivers to honk . More

I booked into this hotel for 3 nights with Octopustravel and it was paid for before i arrived. when i did eventually arrive the manager told me they had a problem. He said they were doing renovations and couldn't give me a room until the following morning. so he asked me if it would be ok if i stayed in... More

I was actually scared about staying here after reading these horrible reviews. The hotel is located right in the middle of Hamra ST where all the action is. The room I got was on the 7th floor and the room was clean and nice. There are NO BUGS, the sheets are clean, there is a flat screen TV on the... More

Stayed 7 & 8 April 2011 Pleasant entrance then everything is just as stated in the previous negative reviews. Housekeeping standards are shocking - bedrooms are dirty and new life form to be found on the shower curtain - disgusting! More

We booked this hotel under a 3 star range but it deserves no more than a 2 star. The location was excellent but the room was very run down. The bathroom door would not close and much less lock. The room door had no double security and the carpets were dirty and badly aged. There was absolutely no place to... More

I booked the hotel with Nakhal tour package. The tour agency lists the hotel as 3*. When I arrived, I was in shock. The room was dirty and very outdated. It is located on the busy shopping street. It is very noisy all night. The female receptionist was talking on the phone all the time with no enthuastic serving the... More

We were forced to stay in this hotel after something happened with our booking in another hotel, this was very bad luck!! The Hotel is very bad, very expensive for what it provides and in comparison to other cheaper hotels in Lebanon. The rooms smelled really bad, cleanliness is a major issue as we didn't feel that the sheets were... More

I checked differnt rooms, the are all dirty, to say the least. The faecal smell from the bathroom was disgusting, the shower-curtain was mouldy. Vermin could be seen on the room´s "carpet" From the internet you can learn." We insist our breakfast ist a treat" . No, it´s a joke, only 4 items inclusive of hot water to make your... More
