Staff are really friendly and helpful I'm surprised I actually stayed at Hilton the day before and believe it or not crystal hotel madinat zayed are much better with customer care and service unlike the Hilton completely rude forgetting that we are the customers. I arrived rather late one night after booking in advance when my usual hotel had dramatically increased their tariff. I stayed in the Abu Dhabi Cristal for one night and found the total experience very enjoyable. The Hotel was very clean, centrally located and above all, extremely good value for money. I would have no problem in recommending this Hotel for either as business or pleasure trip. More
