Over a thousand hotel stays (5 star to 3 star) and this is the best overall experience I ever had. The staff is great, 24 hour room service with a reasonable prices and a great menu selection, knowledgeable concierge, restaurants nearby, great rates, etc.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Whole place is run my Filipinos who wouldn't know customer service if it smacked them in the face. Never saw the concierge without him on his mobile phone, didn't offer to carry bags to/from our car or to/from our rooms. Decor of the whole place is extremely tacky. More like... More

Pretty standard really. Nothing outstanding for bad or good reasons but the price is reasonable for whats on offer. I booked a table for two for today lunch. On our arrival nobody was in the restaurant (zero guest, ZERO STAFF). We sat down in one table and we waited for 20 minutes for the waiter! The hotel is very comfortable and easy access if you are travelling by car. Unfortunately they do not suppy parking and the police is around all the time fining infractors.
