This hotel is truly exceptional. It is the nicest hotel in which we were. Everything is thought out in detail. Children were happy about beautiful garden and great swimming pool area. This was our return visit, this time for 10 days and 'The Palace' certainly came up to our expectations. A truly grand experience, superb rooms, excellent dining and really outstanding service.In particular, Ashraf Zaki, our butler and Duty Manager Aariff Nazeem, but without exception, all staff were polite, friendly, efficient and attentive.
