Well located hotel, not so far from the airport, from zona T and the financial center. Not recommended to walk in the evenings around the hotel. Services, food, hotel staff very good and helpfull. Room very clean and spacious. Don't expect too much about the room window view, even if you pick the high floors. More

I spent two nights at this hotel from April 17th - April 19th and stayed in room 217: My notes: - room was very cold,on April 17th there were no blankets on the bed and the phones did not work due to a power fault so I could not call reception for more blankets - my room key did not... More

Hotel was average. Rooms were clean but tiny. I had space only for 1 luggage. Bath room was very small as well. Breakfast was ok (but I only recommend fruit and cereal). Location was nearby financial center but you had nothing to do at walking distance so you have to take cabs all the time. At night it wasn't a... More

I see this listed as a three-star hotel. The common areas are very plain and there's no pool or lobby lounge. But the rooms are very nicely appointed and comfortable. The noise level was a bit high for a good sleep. The service was very good. More

There was a gas leak in my room while I was staying in this hotel, I started to feel tired and fell asleep, as well as my two business partners who stayed with me in the room. Luckily, some noise from outside (since the acoustic isolation over there is terrible) woke us up and prevented us from staying asleep with... More

Metrotel Royal Park is located very conveniently in Bogota. The service is very good from reception to breakfast, every little detail you might think about is OK. The rooms are pretty spacious and appear recently renovated. I was calling housekeeping, they showed up within few minutes to explain how the shower works. Brillant. Outstanding breakfasty buffet. Good restaurants and bars... More

Although the hotel looks quite modern and trendy from outside, my room had no AC and was very noisy. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower did not work well. No way of changing my room, as I was told that the hotel is "fully booked". The menu for the room service is quite limited (maybe not so important... More

This hotel was clean but the rooms have no air conditioning and you can only open slats below the window for air which lets in fumes and noise from the street. The check-in/check-out process is interminably slow. The restaurant features a revamped seafood menu which the staff, although couteous, dont seem able or trained to follow. I waited 15 minutes... This is a very good choice for Bogota. It is right across the Sergio Arboleda University. Has nice facilities. Large rooms, very clean and well equipped. You have to pay for Internet and breakfast. It is your usual business hotel. Nice, clean, safe, comfortable. Nothing spectacular about it but provides what it needs to. More

I stayed three nights, my local rep put me here. I will consider it again, though I like to move around. Neighborhood is OK, but if you come in late at night you might not be impressed. By morning, lots of activity and all is well. If you like shopping or fancy restaurants, you will have to take the bus... More
