The good: Nice rooms and a very clean hotel. The morning breakfast setup with omelette bar is the one of the best I've experienced so far in Bogota.
The bad: The noise from the traffic outside in the AM can be a bit overwhelming. It starts early, maybe 6AM. Also, the hotel is far away from everything.

The problems with extra charges from other reviewers sound "scary." I was there on business, so I didn't pay anything myself; the company paid. Hotel was close to my work and seemed like a fairly safe neighborhood. Taxis readily available.
