This is a hotel with old-world character with shuttered doors that open on to balconies. Some rooms and bathrooms have been done up and it makes a pleasant place to stay. I was there two nights, it is a bit old fashioned - like many things in Asuncion. But nevertheless, the rooms are very spacy and have nice details. The Asuncion Palace Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming- the rooms are gorgeous, light, airy, with sumptuous towels and bedlinen. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay and were made to feel completely at home. Will definitely return. More
