Stayed in January 2011 for a scheduled 3 nights, but was so comfortable here I extended and stayed my entire 8 nights at this hotel. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small, nicely decorated, and very clean. I'll definitely choose to stay there again for my next trip in Tbilisi. More

In fact, at the time there were lots of available rooms so they gave us a lux room for the price of standard room with a huge bathroom with blue marble floor and a massive bath. The hotel is disorganised and badly run. The staff at reception are not helpful at all. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, looked grubby. The staff were surly and unhelpful and didn't bother to clean our room for two days during our five day stay. The bathroom was grubby when we arrived. Guys that are working there are most amazing! I needed office, they gave me, i've needed transport, they have it, nothing was a problem. If you want to go somewhere, they will give you directions on Georgian and English language on the paper. Metro station is near, so every part of the Tbilisi is available, for just few minutes.
