Stopped by here for afternoon lunch on Sunday. Very disappointed, first off met by 10 security guards. No English spoken. Finally find staff member and get table, after twenty minute delay we are informed that the chef is not available for those particular dishes (Spaghetti Bolengaise) No offers of alternatives. Paid for drinks, no cash receipt, no change.

The hotel is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable (hair dryer, mini bar, safe box). Breakfast nice: hot meals (boiled eggs, sausauges), different kind of cold meals. I found everything is good about the hotel except that the location is a little far from the center of the city. Very helping and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and very clean and spacious room. Excellent service and great food. Overall I can say that my stay in the hotel was very pleasant.
