From the moment I walked into the hotel I realized my time in Seoul will be so much nicer and easier. Hotel staff were outright the nicest iv'e ever experienced. Hotel is new, rooms are very comfy. This is an excellent hotel. All reviews are true. The staff is amazing and really professional. They always helped us with a big smile. I cant see this at the other 5 star hotel. Well done!!! I will be back.
