All the Staff were extremely helpful, the Front Desk even took care of a Tour Guide A/C for us when his CC Machine failed to work. Stayed here for a week on business. The hotel is located in a very happening area. Rooms are nice, and the gym is fantastic. The only imperfection was the breakfast in the executive lounge: limited choice and surprisingly inadequate and inexperienced service.

I've stayed at Executive flr with my husband for a wedding anniversary occasion on last April, the service was great and staffs were friendly & helpful. Visited the hotel on a trip with my family and some friends who stayed in the Westin as well. While location is great, the rooms and service were not up to a 5 star standard.
