seoul is not a foreigner-friendly city. there aren't many cheap hotels for foreigners. this hotel(residence) is not that cheap but relatively cheap compared to other 5star hotels. i dunno if i should recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Dormy from 12/27/08 - 1/5/09. Vacay with the hubster while he did some business. First impression walking into our room was "Okay, why does it look so dirty?" and "This is not what I was expecting."
