All spoke english which is a big help in Korea and when we asked to change from a smoking room to a non smoking they were more than helpful actually upgrading us. Breakfast is excellent, hot buffet and continental and on weekdays... More

The serviced apartments are a good option for a business trip to Seoul. It is in a very good location, close to the financial centre, palace, street of six Ministries and the art and museum district. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The three restaurants in the complex are all quite good, and there are many other restaurant options within easy... More

Located at the centre of South Seoul, the hotel is walking distance from airport bus station. The Airport Limousine bus No. 6011 from the airport charges W10,000 and takes about an hour. The hotel is locates near a small shopping centre and old king's palace. The University is not very far. Walking around is a pleasure. The rooms are suite... More

The hotel is a bit older but the position is so good, near the palace for some tradtional sight seeing, great restaurant and shops around. Fun area at night and close to the old guesthouse area which is interesting. Great to stay in the guesthouse because you meet the family, the dog, the kids even sleeping on the floor is... More

Hello there Ros H, Great to note the appreciation towards our location as well as the fact that it has all been in your favor. ‘Bukchon Hanok Village’, the old guesthouse-area you highlight, is indeed a ‘must see & experience’ given the opportunity when in Seoul and within easy walking distance from our property. ‘Next time’ before you head out... The hotel is decent at the right spot. Two palaces are in walking distance and also the main street is two minutes away. The price was also fair. There is a really nice pool on the roof (we did not use it but we sneaked up during the night at it was very trendy). The staff is also cool, they... More

Location is not central to the shops and buzz of Meongdong, but it is within easy walking distance of the Geoyongbokgong palace and the Insadong street shops. Part of the international Ascott Group, the Seoul Somerset Palace is centrally located and ideal for both business and tourism visits (or a combination of the two). It is always my first choice for Seoul: this month's stay was my fourth in 12 months and I must have stayed there a dozen times or more now. Even the smallest apartments... More
