Stayed at Somerset Palace in Seoul recently and was really impressed with the friendly service of he staff. All spoke english which is a big help in Korea and when we asked to change from a smoking room to a non smoking they were more than helpful actually upgrading us.

My brother and I had a chance to stay in this lovely service suites back in September 2011 for three nights. We booked a one-bedroom suite with additional bed. It was a wonderful experience.
