“A real "home from home"”

We stayed in the Concorde for 11 weeks in total while working in Cairo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The varied restaurants were excellent and gave a wide selecton of foods to savour, we particulary enjoyed the Silk Road, Indian food. I will not stay there again unless the following is completed and resolved : Change the lifts where your life passes in front of your eyes waiting. Train and filter the room service staff Change the telephone operators. Change the airport pickup bus. Obtain consistency in quality & service. Get rid of the old guards who are rusted and hesitated... More

“A spot of calm”

This is a great find in Cairo, near to the airport and with a full range of amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is great and surprisingly good value and the spa services are exceptional. This place is a must for anyone needing to stay in the city.

We stayed at this hotel our last night in Cairo since its near the airport. It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. We had free Wi-fi in the room which is always a nice feature. “Business trip”

very great hotel for business. Wi-fi in room included. Very clean, personnel extremely kind and operative. Each one hour you have free a bus which take you to the Cairo international airport. Different restaurants to be tasted. Italian one is acceptable (I'm Italian!).

“A country hotel in the city, serene atmosphere.”

A very good hotel with serene atmosphere. The staff are helpful and let you unwind without interfering, which suites my work as I have to work late night at times. Variety of foods to chose from. Highly recommended.

“It was a wonderful vacation”

We spent one week here last month. Served by very friendly and helpful reception's staff. Our rooms were small but fine. It was surreal sitting in the restaurant at breakfast time in front of pool. The breakfast was delicious, a full English breakfast we shall be recommending this lovely place. And will certainly be back for another stay next year.

“Excellent Hotel”

Had my wedding there and liked their ballrooms a lot, then stayed for one night, found the hotel to be very nice, staff are so friendly, pool is nice, food quality is very good, it also has lots of restaurants and cafes, will go there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights before Nile cruise. Good points - great staff , quite personal not a massive hotel.
