This hotel has the best location in Cairo with the best room view. The restaurants are very special including the revolving with panoramic view over cairo. The mall is not very good most stores are not working and the cinema was closed.

We stayed here on 2 separate nights, before & after our Nile cruise. We were in a double grand room on the 34th floor overlooking the Nile the first time. On our second stay our guide got us upgraded to a suite because I was suffering from a stomach bug. The view would have been great if it wasn't for... More

The restaurant managers in this hotel accost foreign females offering them discounted or free meals in exchange for allowing them to enter their bedrooms for sex. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the people running it are of the lowest quality Egypt has to offer. Complaining to executive management proved fruitless as they do the same; discounted room rates in... More

Gorgeous, Super clean. Every amenity you could hope for. Location is fantastic a short distance to the pyramids at Giza. It is the perfect location for going to the night market ( by car) etc. We had the most beautiful suite. I have no idea about price because our travel guide Sherine booked 2 suites for us so she made... More

I stayed at this hotel twice ... my first was a horrible one ... even though the rooms were nice and clean and all the staff were a total nightmare ... i have never seen such a rude staff ... they used to literally yell at my face when i tried to complain ... sometimes they were just plain rude... We visited the hotel in January 2011, before the revolution, and again in December the same year. As it is situated one kilometre from Tahir square, I would have expected the security to be stepped up, but it was the same farce as before: There are two controls to pass when you arrive by car. At the first, the gate... More

Everything about this luxurious property was on point. Formerly owned by Hyatt, they have a lovely private yacht that is available for lunch and dinner cruises. The security and hotel staff were the best. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We were there during the demonstations and the hotel is 10-15 mins from Tahrir Square, You...
