The rooms are small, but ensuite, and reasonably clean. You do have to run the bath taps for a good 5 minutes to get any hot water, but once it arrives it is good and hot, and that was true in the late afternoon or in early in the morning - it's an old hotel with several floors after all.... More

We stayed at Cosmo 4 nights over the course of 2 weeks (3 different rooms). First, make sure you bring directions to get there because nobody (taxi driver, locals) seemed to know where it was located based on the address alone.
