I've travel a lot around Europe, North America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. The hotel is nice and close to the Pyramids, Saqqara and Memphis (which is such a disappointing area). Hotel near Cairo centre and not far from the Giza Pyramids which can be seen in the distance from the hotel roof balcony. Check in was prompt. I am sooo loving the cosy room. We got a room on the 10th floor. The room looked new and in perfect condition. The pool is lovely with cute cabanas and shisha area, The breakfast serve decent amount of varieties. Good service and security from the front desk. All good

We stayed here as a tour group and the service was good. The buffet food at the Sphinx Restaurant was really good. The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean. There were no hot water bottles for coffee service and they charge US $5 for hot water/cup.
