The hotel was about an hour from the airport but very close to the pyramids. It's very spacious and nice. I had to contact a friend in Cairo and the staff was very helpful in making the call and speaking in Arabic as well as giving directions to the location of the hotel. The pool area is the nicest, there... More

On the main road from Cairo to Alexandria and not far from the Pyramids. This hotel is set in beautifully manicured gardens with most of the rooms consisting of luxurious cabins alongside the garden paths.. Helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. Good easily adjustable air conditioning Good choice at self service breakfast and waiter service for evening meals. One of... More

Staying at the Oasis Hotel was very relaxing after a busy tour. The pool area is incredible and there is a nice restaurant on site. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is not within walking distance of many attractions and the rooms are slightly dated but comfortable. Transportation is readily available and the grounds feel incredibly safe... More

In April 2012, my wife and I stayed at the Oasis Hotel at both the beginning and end of our Egypt holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean and suited our needs well. The staff were very prompt and dealt with my queries speedily and efficiently. The pool was well kept and a life guard always on duty. The bar... More

Stayed here at the start and end of our tour with "On the Go" in late February / early March 2011 just after the end of the revolution. The hotel itself was fairly empty due to the dramatic drop in tourism, however the rooms themselves were spacious and generally clean. The food by the pool was mediocre, but the service... More

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The grounds are beautiful, there is a very nice restaurant and a separate bar. The dinning room is a nice size and doubles as a meeting place. The hotel has a good feeling to it and makes you feel safe, they have a guard that keeps non-guests from entering the grounds which was comforting,... We stayed in the Oasis Hotel in February 2012. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with lots of plantings around the bungalow style rooms. It feels like a real oasis away from the noisy, dusty streets of Cairo. The rooms were very comfortable, but the bathrooms could have used some updating. We were impressed with the variety and quality... More

We stayed for 4 nights in February, a party of three for my mothers eightieth birthday, we had two rooms next to each other, the rooms were spotless and very quiet, although a bit of a walk to reception/restaurant/bar, however the walk is lovely through the well kept and beautiful gardens we didn't seem to mind, we saw the friendly... Clean rooms, sometimes cleaner than what I have seen in Israel. Very accommodating and curtious staff. Very entertaining shows in the evenings, even if can't understand the language. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Very good menu. Ten minutes from the Pyramids. Don't let the surrounding neighborhood scare you. However, that means that there isn't much outside the hotel to visit.... More
