the cleanliness is very poor , smilly , old carpet ,sewage leacking is noticeable , rude staff , please , don,t waste your money , and don,t believe the internet photos , the hotel is in need for a comlete renovation ....

Stupide and rude staff. Poor food, trashy, dirty and half-ruined rooms. The so-called hotel should have been destroyed long ago instead of to shame on itself and capital city.

It is lovely city but Hotels are not at western standard. I stay in Paris at 1 star Hotel and this 1 star was much better !! So if you plan to visit Cairo stay min at 4 star to get max. 3 star service....
