The service, price and the hygiene of the hotel is excellent! I really enjoyed my time at Pharaohs hotel. The food was fresh and tasty. The chef is one of Egypt's most experienced chefs. The reception were very helpful and knew how to make you feel welcome especially one of the workers called George "Joe", I strongly advise you to... More

I stayed two nights in this hotel. The restaurant and room were good and especially receptionists were very kind. In addition it was very comfortable that the hotel is not far from the metro station "el dokki".

just on the other side of the Nile, with a great view of the city center as my room was facing the Nile. The hotel is just behind a small house so you can have the view of downtown without the noise of the main traffic street. Staff pleasant and helpfull. Perfect landing point for excusrsion to pyramids. Very safe... More

Not sure about the name shown here in TA but we just knew it as Pharaohs Hotel, Cairo. We stayed on two occasions during a tour of Egypt. The first time we were underwhelmed by our two rooms (for a family of four) on the 6th floor which were quite dark with no real view to speak of and the... More

Just to provide some context from the start, Pharaoh’s hotel is a 3 Star hotel and it will be rated as to how well it fares as such. The hotel is located on a small side street opposite the Sheraton in the Dokki area (in case your taxi driver from the airport has never heard of it). It is generally... More

We stayed there 4 nights in November. The rooms in the fifth floor were good and clean, good breakfast and the hotel had a local feel. Many Egyptean's in it. The streets outside are quite unattrative and dirty but local restaurants and shops are available .

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of October 2011 at the end of my Intrepid tour, and loved every moment! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with a flat screen tv and fridge. The cleanliness and quality of the towels and sheets was very good. Breakfast was included, and had the usual range of items... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful with information on local hot spots and resources. Very clean, good location and good security. Special thanks to George for making my stay so easy and comfortable.

We stayed a total of 2 separate nights here on a recent vacation to Egypt. My partner and I booked our Egypt trip through Gap Adventures, and they assigned this hotel to us for our one night, 2 day stay in Cairo. At first we were a little skeptical about the hotel based on the reviews on here, but we... More

We stayed 2-nights in this hotel. It had been recommended by our tour company but the price seemed low and I was a bit wary about what to expect. I found our room to be well-kept, clean & tidy. Furnishings were simple but functional; a small table and 2-chairs, small balcony, 2-single beds with wonderful Egyptian cotton sheets that were... More
