We stayed here for 4 nights 3/29-4/1. There are 400 plus room and there are only 4-5 rooms occupied This hotel felt deserted and kind a weird the hotel personnel watch you like a hawk. The location is not so good but it's closed to the pyramids. Breakfast not good. Bad room service and expensive. We ordered club sandwich and... More

Bit strange this place. We were taken to this hotel when the one we had booked through a tour operator proved to be full (I think this happens quite often in Egypt!). We were only staying one night so it didn't matter much. It was clean and the interconnecting rooms were well appointed. We had the impression that it was... More

We stayed in Zoser hotel as a part of a organized travel around Christmas 2011. Although the hotel looks luxurious from the outside, the inside is kind of sad. We were in the middle of high season, and only 5 rooms out of 410 rooms were occupied! That is not good. Many people were afraid to visit Cairo because of... More

Location is good if you are long staying. There are shops right beside and front of hotel. You could see the tip of the pyramid from afar, all in all it is far from tourist sites. Rooms are spacious and clean with average facilities. Restaurant is quite small and can accommodate 2 average sized groups. Staffs are friendly.

For what we paid, this hotel was great. I stop short of a 5-star rating though due to the fact that it wasn't the most excellent hotel there ever was. Food was great, staff great, room was good and clean. They had a pool but it was chilly when we were staying so wasn't used. They have computers w/internet connection... More

Had got this hotel booked by our travel agent during our Egypt tour. We checked in around evening. Rooms were very clean and cozy considering the cold temperature outside. The bathroom was a bit cramped but nicely made. We stayed here for the night and called in for a kebab platter. As is always the case with platters and few... More

My friends and I were quite apprehensive upon our arrival at the hotel after reading some of the negative reviews, but we should not have worried at all. While although the hotel appears to be quite dated, the staff do their utmost to keep it as clean as possible. The floors might appear to be dirty but we noted they... More

I have stayed in this hotel almost 3 times and I am very much satisfied. It is a nice hotel with big and clean rooms. The staff is also very kind. But Internet and telephone is very expensive. Food is OK, not that great. The location is very nice. There are 2-3 shopping malls near the hotel and you can spend... More

I had one of the worst experiences possible on an international trip - my passport, iPhone, cash (£800) and camera were all stolen - by a waiter in the hotel breakfast room. The management initially refused to listen to my claim that I had seen the water run off with it, and insisted on blaming other guests. They then resorted... More
