spent one night in aswan, hotel well positioned across the nile, check in was efficient needed to have rooms changed as the views were not great . hotel obliged very helpful reception staff hotel not very busy rooms are comfortable and spacious good location close to the hub but also reasonably quiet hotel used for weddings

The location, the building and the poolarea was exellent, but shortage of staff and to much dirt in the corners leaves a lot to wish for in a five star hotel.
