The hotel is awful, it has GONE bust, we were the only one's in the hotel. We were nealry kicked out. 700 rooms, all empty apart from ours, Staff (more staff than guests) were very good ONCE we got our bed.

We had one night here as part of a tour of Egypt. Our tour guide also arranged for us to be able to use a couple of rooms to change in before leaving to get the overnight train back to Cairo, so we spent quite a bit of time hanging around in the the hotel. It has some really positive...

The welcome that I received at this hotel was truly amazing because the staff made me very comfortable. My room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were always available
Breakfast was simple with cereal, bread & butter, fruit juice, tea & coffee. This was served by a charming, gentle young waiter called Abanob.

We were staying in a grungy hotel and our tour assistant moved us here as we were unhappy. Much nicer...staff, rooms. It was very hot when we were there so the pool was much appreciated. A perfect spot to spend a night before the horrid overnight bus to Dahab. They even let us use a lap top in their office...

Our room appeared to be clean however when I went to bed on the first night I saw many hairs all over the mattress.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Morris very much, although we were very unimpressed with the men at the front desk. They were very rude and unhelpful. Luckily, Mohammed, who doesn't really work for the hotel according to the desk staff, helped us check in, make room arrangements and schedule activities. The wait staff were extremely friendly and professional...

We stayed here for one night after our cruise ended. The lobby is pretty impressive but it ends there. As a couple, we were put in a room with two single beds that wouldn't push together, the tv had a childlock on it and no remote, the airconditioning didn't work, the bathroom had only one working light bulb and the...

After looking for advice on this site for hotels in Luxor, i came across the Morris and it was not receiving good reviews (they were all very old reviews) our tour person advised us to stay there so we did. Really good, good value, good breakfasts, wifi in lobby free, nice views over the Nile from rooftop bar and pool,...

The hotel was not what we expected. The hotel was selected by a travel agent who put together a package deal for us. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but luckily our itinerary changed and we were only here for one. This was the most disapointing place we stayed in Egypt.
The breakfast was by far the worst...
