We stayed at the Marriott Beijing City Wall for 3 nites on May 1st. The room was large, bathroom was also large. It had a tub with portable shower handle & a really big shower stall that could have fit 4 people in it. The bed was very comfortable & the air conditioning was very quiet. This was part of a pre cruise package - a three day stay in Beijing with planned trips to the great wall, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace, and Temple of Heaven. First, the hotel was exactly what you would expect of a Marriott property - clean, well maintained, modern. Second, it had an excellent breakfast buffet of both American/western...

We booked 3 nights after a cruise and used MR points. The room was upgraded and they gave me a discount on the concierge lounge. The hotel is centrally located and right next to the Old Wall of the City- hence its name- & a nice park that is fine for a leisurely walk.
The staff was attentive and helpful...

We selected this hotel (1) we are Marriott members and they have not failed to impress, & (2) ease; its one of two hotels that is a drop point from the Port of Tianjin. On check-in (which was very busy but handled very...

Beautiful hotel, delicious food, wonderful service and close to all the attractions we wanted to see while in Beijing.
We stayed here for three nights at the end of a cruise from Singapore to Beijing.
The location is excellent being only a ten minute walk from the main Beijing station. The station area is surrounded by shops and also has a small shopping mall that includes western food such as McDonalds.
We had a standard room that was good...

We were here for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was great and the bedroom was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. And the one hotel we stayed in China where guests abided by the no-smoking rule.
A really top class Hotel in a good location in the centre of Beijing. It has some top class restaurants in the building, the Italian is very good. Can be a bit busy in the mornings at breakfast time due to all the trips setting off early. Rooms are bright and very well furnished. All in all a great place...
