We arrived in the early hours of the morning as the result of Beijing airport being closed due to bad weather. The minimum of staff were helpul and the check in handled courtiously. The room was large and clean and a non smoker as we had requested. Breakfast was the usual buffet with plenty of choices, chinese, continental and western... More

I just returned from China. Our last stop was in Bejing. One of our team members had stayed here years ago, so he made the reservations for us. Even he was shocked at the condition of the hotel. Dirty carpets, run-down rooms, leaky toilets, you name it. The room temperature was never right. We had to open the windows -... More

Four of us recently stayed at this clean, generally comfortable hotel that apparently is a favorite of visiting business executives. Be sure to bring your China visa (or a photocopy) and your passport (or an official stamped photocopy that you may have received if you are a cruise ship passenger). You will need these documents to check in. The only... More

The hotel is in a very good location and quiet area. This hotel may not be very close to Forbidden City & Tienanmen Square but the Subway Train Station is almost at your doorstep (60 meters from hotel). Cost is very cheap at RMB / Yuan 2.00 only. Breakfast is great at par with International Standards. Room Attendant Service response... More

We stayed at this hotel because the hotel we originally booked was undergoing renovations. Location was good, very near subway station along the main street to Tienanmen Square and the Forbidden City. The room and the bathroom were quite small. There were three of us, with the extra bed there was hardly enough room to walk around. There was a... More

I stayed for 8 nights during a business trip to Asia and picked it for the location in walking distance to our office and the price. Good-sized room and great sized bed. Air-con working fine. I tried the Green SPA twice and the health center in the basement, and all three treatments were excellent. I did not try the fitness... More

This hotel is centrally located and large. Breakfast is buffett and is ok. Rooms are a decent size but a little old. Bathroom is also small but just ok. However, the price we paid at just over 100$ US night makes it quite aceptable. Walls are paper thkin and content yourself to hear the big mouthed neighbor babbling on in... More

Room was clean and spacious, beds were nice. Just like other hotels in China, no drawers or dressers for clothes. We had two rooms and neither safe in the room worked. One had a battery taped onto the inside of the safe and not in working order. Another one had a broken handle! We had to go to the front... More

We stayed in this hotel for four nights during our recent trip to China. At the outset we were impressed by the big and comfortable lobby and also friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was efficiently handled. Our room on the twelfth floor was quite big, clean and comfortable with a big LCD TV. The bath room was also... More
