How to say? This hotel seems to be special for those visitors of Australian and Canadian Embassies from other city. The location is perfect, right opposite to those embassies. But when you look at other things, especially when comparing with other 4-star hotels, it shows much weakness. The lobby is not very well designed. The staff are not very friendly... More

I was struggling with deciding on whether to give this a Poor or Average rating. This hotel could have been so much better with a little more attention to service and details. I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The room charge was on average about USD 100/night. The rooms are not big, but the size is... More

The hotel was okay and in a very convenient location for my purposes (close to the Canadian and German embassies and the EU Delegation). There was nothing fancy about the place and it was a bit shabby around the edges. It could have been a bit cleaner (they didn't replace the shampoo/shower gel tubes and mine had hairs attached...). Breakfast... More

I stayed here for a work trip recently and although the location was great for where I was working the service and quality of this hotel was less than the 4* they claim to be. The breakfast was hot when it was supposed to be cold and cold when it was supposed to be hot. There is only one English... More

I have stayed at this hotel in the last 3 month 4 times. The last time arrived i did not have my passport with visa with me as i had given it to the embassy to apply for a visa for my next holiday. I provided copies of my passport and visa, my original china work permit and my second... More

Except the location, it's pathetic hotel, no air-conditioning, when I called room service they did not speak English, when they found someone who could, I was told that they switch off air-conditioning after midnight! It was 33c and I suffocated all night and could not sleep. Beds were damn hard, I checked out in the morning and moved to holiday... More

A 10 minute walk from Dongzhimen station - at the end of the Airport Express railway - makes it an ideal location. Rooms are reasonably sized and the bathrooms OK, although with two problems of drains not clearing in my room I had to be moved to another room three days after I arrived. But no fuss, the reception staff... More

The location is good with the transit system 10 min walk up the road. The bed is a little firm and the AC wont keep you to cool. the brakfast is reasonable, sometimes al ittle backward with cold things hot and hot things cold. My work place booked me into this place and after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was dreading it. I've been pleasantly surprised. The hotel is nice, it's clean and the staff are attentive enough. It's a bit noisy as it's near the main road but then where isn't noisy in Beijing CBD? It's about a 2 minute walk... More
