I stayed here for 5 days as I need to temporarily leave my home. The location and the appearance attracted me. However, I found it a bit disappointing. I expected having hotel-level experience with its name and price. Once I went up stairs, guesthouse license was tagged on each door. And the experience is totally a guesthouse instead of a hotel. Although the room was not newly redecorated, I don’t mind the facilities might not be a trendy or not a new one. Once I entered the room, it smelled not good. I felt like the air conditioning was not operating very well so the smell of wet was obvious. Sometime the air conditioner was noisy. I worried if it would suddenly out of order but luckily I didn’t meet any incident. The toilet is very small. I am thin but I still found it was tight to move. The floor of the toilet was not even. Water accumulated. The switcher of the toilet lighting and air-extractor is the same. If I wanted to make the toilet dry with the air-extractor, I could not turn off the toilet lighting. This shined me through the semi-transparent glass wall and affected my sleep. Be reminded, they apply storage water heater so having shower be quick. Overall, the location is very well. However, you need to tune your expectation as a guesthouse level before you have the check-in. I wondered if my experience is a particular one or a normal one. I hope Casa can make improvement in the future as many of my friends believed Casa is a good choice before I share my experience.

After reading reviews I booked Casa over Ramada Grand as the reviews were much better. I was so disappointed! It is very close to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station which is a bonus but the room was so tiny and also very old. The carpet had stains on it and when we walked into the room you knew it was previously a smoking room. The bathroom is most probably the smallest I've ever seen, the toilet and sink are very close together and then the shower is just a hose over the toilet. It's so small that if you're quite tall and big you'd most probably have difficulty in taking a shower. I would not recommend this hotel, even for one night.

We stayed for 4 nights at Casa Hotel which is ideally located about a third of the way up Nathan Rd. A few meters away from the metro station and lots of busses stop in front. Staff are very friendly and WiFi is strong. Rooms are typically small we had a double bed and it took up 80% of the room space with just enough room for our bag to fit at the end. The TV was small, water jug and coffee cups but no fridge. Bathroom was basin and toilet and a shower hose in between. Everything functioned well and with such a great location u don’t want to spend too much time in the room anyway. Lots of great shops and food available all hours nearby with a couple of fresh fruit markets also.

Been staying at this hotel several times. and this time i stayed there during HKDTC electronic fair And still i think that this hotel is as good as a few years ago, still acceptable value wise. very close to you ma dei MTR station. the downside is the bathroom is very small, the shower is not seperated from the toilet, so everything get wet after shower, and it's not pleasant for the next person who gonna use it. But, that's the problem in most Hong Kong hotel's bathroom, small size, so that it's impossible to make a separation, so it's still acceptable.

As reviewed in the other two hotels, this is the third hotel we stayed at in HK. In terms of the size of the bed, Casa hotel offers the largest bed out of the three(the other two are Best Western grand and Silka seaview). We have stayed in Chung King mansion and Mirador mansion many times before, and Casa hotel is categorised in the same with them, with Casa situated in a much better location. The room is at least 1-2 metre square smaller than Best Western and Silka. The bathroom has the special Asian/HK combined toilet-shower style, in which there's no specific area or tub for shower, but like right next to the toilet on the floor. Again, thanks to the protest, the prices per night drops at least 50%. If I have to pay the original price for this room, it's a definite no.

Arrived at the hotel around 1am but they refused letting me stay. The manager said only my wife’s name was on the room, so I couldn’t stay. Instead of trying to help us get the situation resolved, he demanded we leave. Anyways, we went to the Casa Deluxe Hotel next door (different company), and they were super kind. They didn’t have any rooms but did help us find another place nearby and printed out a map. We will definitely book with this hotel next time. As for the Casa Hotel, it is best to be avoided, amazingly rude night manager.

The Casa Hotel provided a great base for my holiday, the rooms are small but have everything you need. Breakfast was great and the service was quick. The location is right on the main bus routes from the airport. From the Hotel it is just a short walk to the ferry station, great location.

Like others I found the location and price perfect. But the rooms leave way too much to be desired. The linens and towels were tattered and old. The shower in my room was over the toilet, which meant that the entire bathroom becomes wet if you shower. The staff was distant and not helpful. They took a 500 dollar deposit and it has not been returned a month after my stay. Will not repeat. The best hotel I've stayed in the area recently is the Stafford on Soy Street.

PROS: Location, location, location!!! Casa Hotel is close to everything! It is right on Nathan Road and about 2 min walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR station. It is also a convenient walk to the amazing night markets like Ladies' Night Market and Temple Street. There is also an abundance of restaurant choices in the area...and of course enough Milk Tea places! Thumbs up! The hotel staff were also very nice and accommodating. They were always ready to help and even the security at the entrance of the hotel is always ready to greet you and make you feel welcome. The rooms were also regularly cleaned so no complaints CONS: The hotel room was of course not the biggest even if we booked the deluxe twin room but then again most Hong Kong hotels have tiny rooms. The bathroom could improve especially in terms of ventilation, size and fixtures. Towels could also be newer. There were days when we were given towels with holes and tattered edges.
