Rooms are good and big, staff very helpfull, shuttle to town available, breakfast quite up to the mark, service fast and efficient. Seems a new hotel, all things are shining as of now. They charge for everything you need to be careful of that, even wifi, extra plates.......... that can be a downer. They have a good briyani !!!!!!!!!!!!! Location... More

A modern, comfortable hotel to stay out of the "touristy areas" but great to explore the local Chinese fresh food markets nearby which we could see from our room. The free shuttle bus does regular runs & taxis are cheap if you want to go further afield. Staff very helpful & friendly. Breakfast good. Happy Hour on the pool deck... More

We arrived very early from the airport and staff went trough efforts to make our rooms ready soon. The area of the hotel is not the standard 'must see touristy area', but walking around there is enough to see and discover. The free shuttle goes to subway stations on a very regular basis and taxis are cheap, so their location... More

Modern, new hotel rooms, decent decor. As previous commenter mentioned, theres no real space in the bathroom to place your toiletries etc. Shower curtains also annoy me (shower over bath). Toielt/ bathroom door only a frosted door, light and movement easily seen through; not great if you are room sharing... Good all-inclusive breakfast. Didnt get a chance to even look... More

We were offered an upgrade when we checked in which we snapped up ! It was excellent value for money. The hotel was very full but there were no problems with lifts/ shuttle buses/ restaurants. Reception was manned by brilliant staff and Kasey in particular was extremely helpful. Concierge staff / floor walker again very helpful. We had a leak... More

It was two days and one night in this hotel. Building is new and comfortable, but its location isn't very comfortable. Breakfast was 3+, on my opinion not very tasty. There's no adapter in some rooms, but there are safe, conditioner, hairdryer, kettle, teabags, toothbrushs, slippers. Shattle to the centre is full of hotel guests, there are queues, especially for... More

Stayed in the Harbour Plaza as an add on to the Travelsphere China Tour. After to 30 min transfer from the airport we arrived at the hotel, as you leave the centre and drive towards the area you will see a lot of buildings in a state of dis-repair. The area around the hotel is for the locals with restaurants,... More

This hotel is clean, modern, and everything works. The breakfast is comprehensive is had enough to keep me interested, but I wouldn't be confident enough to say it has something for everyone. It is a fair way from the centre of Kowloon but the shuttle bus will take you into the thick of things. If you miss it, or the... More
