Service was inconsistent. Some excellent (Bono, the bellman is unbelievably good), some average. Checkout process seems slow. Not a lobby type hotel with chairs, couches etc. Fitness center was dirty. My room was quite clean. Meeting rooms were clean and well serviced. Meeting room food was good.

Modern and spacious room, location near Sogo and Time Square shopping centre. Nearby area many HK cafe and other eating place etc wanton noodle house and porridge.
Very unfriendly Lobby area no sofa or chairs to rest or sit for family with children's or infant while waiting for check in or check out.
