Caveat: this poor rating is only based on MY room experience...others in my group had much better accommodations! I just happened to get the short end of the stick on this one-I was the ONLY one from my group on this floor, the others were all on the upper floors (10th floor & higher). Nice lobby, convenient location, very nice... More

I booked the Regal Club Executive package for my week in Hong Kong and I believe paying a little bit extra was worth it. The package included transfers from and to the airport (very handy for a first time HK visitor), internet in the room, breakfast and access to Regal Club area. The room was spacious and very clean and... More

This hotel was once much nicer, but it no longer lives up to the brand. My room was small and comfortable, with a room opening onto the square below. But the decor was outdated, the television had a huge lag in changing channels, and the lobby seemed tired. The free breakfast was welcome but nothing special, and the dining room... More

I am from US and usually stay at either the Marriott or Hyatt, but I decided to try out the Regal Kowloon this time around. I am glad to tell you that this hotel has upped his game. My room (one bed suite) is clean and has plenty of room. The service staff are all excellent. Breaskfast at the Regal... More

I booked an overnight stay at this very conveniently located hotel rather than my usual Hong Kong hotel due to a substantial price differential. HK was teeming more than usual due to the May Day holiday. This is a large hotel and is geared to accommodating large numbers but service is attentive. I noticed there was an executive package inc room... More

I travel to HK for business about 4 times a year and have been for over 5 years. I have stayed at many different hotels, but keep coming back to the Regal, as it feels like a second home to me. I usually stay in a club room and the benefits are great value. From the buffet breakfast, internet, evening... More

Go for the club room and you would be a happy guest. Just returned from a 4 nights stay last week. Good spacious room especially for space-constraint HK. We had two queen-sized beds with more than enough walking space all around. Loved the bay window and the furnishing scheme. Flat screen tv and single-serve coffee machine gave the extra touch.... Everything started well enough.... We used the complimentary shuttle from the airport (which departs from the adjacent Regal Airport hotel - about a 10 min walk from the terminal). Check-in went smoothly - even upgraded to a club floor room. Room was a very nice size. Bathroom was clean. Beds were very firm, but still comfortable. Breakfast was very above... More

3 of us stayed in a room. They offered us an upgrade for a reasonable amount (which included internet, airport transfers, access to the VIP lounge/drinks/food and 2x breakfast daily). We had 2x queen beds, nice views partially looking out onto the harbour, white leather furnishings and widescreen tv. The breakfast was average-above average. The room size would be considered...
