This hotel is perfectly situated. The lobby's view is outstanding. Watching the laser show at night is amazing. The staff are efficient. We received a room "upgrade". The room was better but we lost the view. High tea has a waiting line, so either get there first or be prepared to wait.

I agree with most of the good reviews here. Rooms and infinity pool are impeccable! The lobby lounge view is amazing especially in the afternoon when the sun sets. The hotel is located near popular attractions like Avenue of the Stars, Kowloon Bay and Hong Kong Cultural Center when one could view the lovely HK Symphony of Lights.
