It's convenient, near to MTR station. Room is slightly dated but not terribly cramped as with most HK hotels. It's reasonable in pricing considering the convenient location. Not easy to find a place to view football matches. There is a Coco Bar 1 minute away which showed live matches. More

Booked a double room but were given twin single "concrete" beds. They were so hard even for asian standards. Location wasn't bad. Service was ok and the biffet breakfast wasn't bad either. Would prefer to stay in Kowloon next time. More

Quite a good location for the price, very close to the train station giving you cheap transport throughout Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and we had no real communication difficulties as we can not speak chinese. The staff were also able to offer us different suggestions and assist with transport. Rooms were clean. No wifi in public areas as... More

One of the problems for hotel seekers in Hong Kong is that the really nice hotels are super expensive, while those that are cheap are really not much better than hostels. The mid-priced hotels will usually not satisfy either you wallet nor your expectations. The Metro Park Hotel in Mongkok is a great example. It is blessed with a fabulous... More

This hotel is very close the MTR and across the street from the shopping mall which makes it a very convenient location. However, the rooms are very small. Very narrow hallway and the double bed we had took up almost the entire room. The free internet was helpful. Wireless would be an improvement. More

We stayed here for 5 days in Dec from the 19-23. Had a hassle free time. The room and the service was pleasant. The hotel is a minute away from Prince Edward MTR which is blessing. There are a few places to eat and decent mall nearby. If ur looking for a good value for money place not too far... More

I've stayed for 3 nights with a friend and we didn't sleep much. The walls are thin and being light sleepers, we could hear our next door neighbour's conversation throughout the night. We could also hear doors opening/closing from all directions. Top that up with hard and uncomfortable beds and it's a lethal combo for insomnia. The rooms are quite... More

The hotel is the pits. The restaurant serves food that made me sick. Actually sick, unbelivable given the fact that this is suppose to be a 4 star. More like a 2 star and that's generious. More

My wife and I stayed at the Metropark Hotel Mongkok for 10 nights in October 2011. Our booking was for a standard double non-smoking room (no breakfast) and cost £890 via expedía. We were extremely happy with the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to (the A21 bus from the airport took about 45 minutes, cost... More
