In a great location 5 minutes to star ferry, close to MTR etc etc. On arrival first impressions were good, then I left reception and got in the lift... Very old decor in the halls with an overpowering smell of lemon (trying to cover something up). Opened the door to the room and was shocked at the size it was... More

The hotel is near the MTR entrances. Lots of stores and shops around. The hotel is just so-so. But still bearable. The hotel looks old but with basic furniture and clean rooms. The staff is not very hospitable. But they are not rude. Just not that friendly, in my own opinion. More

Great location. The hotel is surrounded by stores and is near the MTR entrances. The rooms are good/big enough for the price but they are not clean enough. I saw a cigarette butt under my sister's bed. In terms of hospitality, go look for it in a 5 star hotel. The people are not rude but they are not very... More

Room is really basic and small. Cleanliness is average. Like most hotels on nathan road, it is near MTR stations and within walking distance. however, if you are having heavy bags, you would really have a problem lugging them down the MTR. It is also situated next to a cheap hotel where you get many foreigners selling their service as... More

You could't expect more. This is a 3star hotel located at the best location in HK. With the basic furniture and equipment, it delivers reliable service, convenient location and clean rooms. Hotel is only steps from 2 major MTR stations. From shenzhen city, you can take train to east Tsim Sha Tsui station which is only 100m from the hotel... More

The overall stay was ok. Service was prompt and I didn't expect anything else additional. However, there was a constant musky smell of vanilla essence wafting through the room and corridors owing to the rather old (and possibly damp) carpets and decor. Wifi is NOT free which I find to be a bit of a downer as it's a service... More

Location was our major reason for booking this hotel Our average size room had a wall of windows facing Nathan Road, but was quiet. The Hotel is near the MTR station, the Star Ferry and a short walk to the Temple Street Outdoor Market (where we found lots of buys). The Hong Kong Art Museum & Space Museum are just... More

I booked this hotel for its location on kowllon side of hong kong as i had previously stayed on hong kong island side on two previous visits for a change of location and different area to explore. The location of the hotel is perfect for proximity to tsim sha tsui mtr station on nathan road which is close to the... More

When I arrived at the hotel they told me they "upgraded my room at no charge," so I was thinking I was going to get a room with at least a window, but that thought quickly went away as opened the door to my room, that was not much bigger than a closet. See the attached photo to see what... More

Stayed in this hotel with my family of six feb 2012. Easy to reserve & change dates on their website.rooms are average for Asians like us however service is poor. Location is great along Nathan road, near avenue of star, star ferry, mtr station in 3mins, bus stop just right in front hotel door. International supermarket can be found just... More
