The hotel was located quite far from city hence the price was a budget one. Took us 10++ min walk to MRT. I wont recommend if you're travelling with old folks or children. Room is quite dated though the lobby looks okay. More

The hotel's concierge, lobby, and restaurant gave the appearance of a decent mid to upscale hotel. When I got to the 17th floor however, half the hallway lights were not working and a musty odour was very prevalent. Worse off, this odour penetrated my room as well - despite the A/C (not very effective and very noisy - appeared old).... More

I stayed here for one night in April, it was the last night of the group trip I had taken around China. All in all, not worth the money. The price for a room is quite expensive. Besides that, the hotel is quite far from the city centre. Really ridiculous was the fact that if you wanted to leave your... More

Despite the far location deep in Kowloon there is an available shuttle bus service leaving every hour (or earlier) with exact pick-up points in the crucial areas. Also the MRT is just 3 minutes away and there is mall and shopping place just under the hotel, as well as around the area. The one below was great for me since... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Panda Hotel in the executive room on the 29 Th. floor which you only can excess with a key. The room rate included free Internet, free breakfast, which was fresh and very delicious, something for every taste. Every day from 5pm till 8 pm there were free Drinks and food in the Lounge and... The hotel was okay. The rooms (stayed in two different) were okay - relatively clean. The location was in the middle of nowhere. They do have a shuttle that is supposed to be complimentary, but they tried to charge us the one way. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The gaudy pandas on the side of the hotel make it... More

Most often, travellers to Hong Kong are daunted by establishments located at the New Territories because of the distance from Central. But with the extension of the MTR and the opening of Disneyland, this (the New Territories) should be given more than a second thought. The Panda Hotel celebrates its 20th year anniversary this 2012. That said, it isn't a... More

bother to remotely consider this hotel. Our first experience was the manager telling my daughter to remove the SIDES of her feet from the hideous red circle chairs they have in the lobby. No part of the soles of her shoes were touching the prized polyester. It went downhill from there...rooms look like what you would think a mental institution... More

I stayed for two nights in March 2012. My room was grubby with stains on the floor and sofa. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was distinctly grotty and in need of a good clean and some good maintenance. Breakfast was dire, we abandoned the hotel breakfast and ate elsewhere. There was maintenance work on the water supply... More
