I stayed twice at this hotel in april.
First time: a harbour view deluxe, spacy very pleasant room with a maginificent view. Good service and friendly staff. A four star experience! Very good bedding as expected with Sheraton.
Second time: Towers floor with harbour view, small room (You can barely move around without bumping into something), very very poor WIFI...

The Sheraton is located Kowloon side on Nathan Road. We last stayed there 30 years ago when landing at the old airport was an experience. The best thing about the hotel is its location, minutes from the Star Ferry, shops and transportation. Our 2 night stay preceded our cruise.

Our visit was a four day stopover on the way from UK to Australia. Checkin was at midnight and staff were unfriendly and arrogant. The room was average and tired. View from the room was a courtyard. I have stayed at this hotel two or three time a year for the last several years while in Hong Kong on business. Great location in the middle of Kowloon, very near the star ferry and underground. Staff has always done a great job. Would highly recommend.
