The Flora is a pretty generic Chinese hotel in Lhasa. It's located a short walk from the main square, and small shops etc. are nearby. The location has limited motorized traffic, and is a nice location for a walk between the fruit/veggy selling stands that open up during the day. Room was dirty when we arrived - toilet seat was wet and hairs everywhere! Really not very nice. It is only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main centre but I think you could stay closer somewhere nicer. We went for coffee at Kyichu and it looked really nice. More

I stayed in the Flora Hotel for 3 nights in a double room. There is a basic standard in the room, I missed nothing. It wasn't very clean but I guess that's also standard in Tibet.
