“Good hotel...expensive breakfast”

I have stayed at many Mercure Hotels. I paid nearly $70 a night, but I was surprised that breakfast was not included for that price.This seems to be the policy now. If you want the buffet breakfast, plan on paying much more. Otherwise a very good hotel in a convenient location.

“Very good for what you pay for !”

Hotel reasonably good. Clean and basic. good shower ! Quiet. About 100 meters to the right an excellent chinese restaurant beside Pizza Hut. always packed. no complaints about this hotel, very comfortable bed and pleasant staff considering the hotel is is in a very busy location in the city it's quiet inside. Breakfast is a little basic for westerners but not enough of an issue to complain about

This is a pretty good hotel in a great location as it is right in the center of Jakarta. Service provided are excellent and the rooms were clean and well designed. The staff do speak very good english and the hotel is very safe. It is definitely a good hotel and would recommend it to any others :)
