Novotel Jogjakarta was comfort, unique, quite, and closed to downtown and educational center, Gajah Mada University and in front of big hospital Bethesda & near Galleria Shopping Mall. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel's service. Staff were friendly and very helpful though it seemed communicating in English was a bit difficult for them to understand.
